Founded under the name DGT (Danish Greenhouse Technology) and Volmatic in 1956, we bring more than 65 years’ experience to the table. In 2004, DGT was acquired by Micro Matic and placed under Senmatic and in that connection renamed to Senmatic. As of today, the two names have been combined and we are now known as DGT by Senmatic.

Danish Greenhouse Technology (DGT) is founded in Vallensbaek
DGT is acquired by C. W. Obel which retains DGT´s facilities in Vallensbaek
C. W. Obel acquires Volmatic within the same industry. The two companies become known as DGT- Volmatic
DGT-Volmatic is acquired by Micro Matic. DGT merges with another company in the Mocro Matic group, Senmatic A/S. In the following years, the company moves to Soendersoe, Funen and is now called Senmatic DGT
Senmatic A/S is sold to the Swedish company Indutrade AB in March
