Grow Horti is a 245 watt LED luminaire, available as both 230V and 400V. The lamp has been developed based on our many years of experience with LED and market demand for a simple and efficient LED lamp. The lamp ensures simple and stable use and, not least, healthy and efficient plant growth.
In the development of Grow Horti, both growth and climate have also been taken into account.
The dashed lines on the graphs indicate the active area of photosynthesis – the plant’s need for light.
Note the difference in the spectra (colors) of HPS and LED respectively. It is important to know that red, some blue and very little green/yellow are particularly important for plant growth.
The HPS graph also shows the radiant heat, which is difficult to control and thus contributes to an unstable growth environment.
HPS is the lamp that many have used for many years, and Grow Horti has been developed as a good alternative to HPS and can be seen as the new generation of grow lights. In addition to the already mentioned advantages of our LED lamp, the switch from HPS to LED also provides the following:

LED is far more energy efficient than traditional lighting. With LEDs, you save energy and leave a smaller carbon footprint than with HPS. In addition to increased efficiency, LED has a number of other environmentally friendly benefits: LED emits significantly less excess heat, you get less energy waste as LED does not need to be replaced often and does not require bulb replacement, and you keep CO2 inside your greenhouse as you do not open the windows as with a hot HPS lamp. It has also been proven that blue and red LED light can be used for growth retardation and both shorten production time and optimize plant growth more effectively than chemical plant growth regulators.
